HOW TO BUY DUTY-FREE ONLINE/PICK UP IN-STORE

Click the chat icon at the bottom right of your screen and select department "Buy Duty-Free Pick Up In-Store."
Identify the Brand and Item
In the message field please identify the brand and item you wish to purchase or give us a general description of the item. You can find the product sku at the bottom of each item page as well.
Store Location
Tell us which islands you will be visiting and when. Visit the locations page to see our store locations throughout the Caribbean Islands.
Availability And Duty-free Pricing
The chat operator will confirm availability of the item on each island and confirm the low Duty-Free price.
Purchase
Once you are satisfied with the item, price and store location, the Chat operator will email you an invoice for you to complete the payment online and schedule a pickup date.
Pickup
Pick up your wonderful new pieces at the store. At the time of pickup we will require a copy of your order confirmation and an ID to verify your purchase.
